Nomihoudai Japanese Cheat Sheet: With Audio
Nomihoudai (飲み放題) is “All-You-Can-Drink” and tabehoudai (食べ放題) is “All-You-Can-Eat”. In many Japanese cities both are popular, especially in Tokyo. Essentially, you pay a flat price for a specified amount of time that drinking and eating are unlimited; some tabehoudai has no time limit. Most establishments that have nomihoudai are obviously a little livelier than your average place, which is super fun. This Nomihoudai Japanese Cheat Sheet with audio will help you with some important phrases. Download the MP3 files and PDF if you do not have network access while in Japan. You can play the MP3 for your server if you have problems pronouncing any of the phrases. Download PDF here. At the bottom of the page are a few recommendations for places in Tokyo that have nomihoudai and tabehoudai. Kampai(Cheers)!!!!
